Slieve Donard, Newcastle (Down)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the views are breathtaking and the spa is a lovely retreat, the service and dining left a lot to be desired. My room was comfortable, but overall, the disorganization and delays during meals were quite frustrating.

Our stay at the Slieve Donard was absolutely delightful! The luxurious ambiance, combined with the stunning views of the mountains and sea, made for an unforgettable retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Dining options exceeded our expectations, although I would have loved to see more variety in breakfast selections. Overall, this resort is a perfect getaway, but it’s essential to note that some spa facilities were a bit cramped due to crowds during peak times.
